CI 539: Introduction to Educational Data Mining

Course Description

Throughout the semester, students will learn how data mining and machine learning approaches can be applied to educational data. Students will learn about the different types of data mining and machine learning techniques, reading about examples of how those techniques have applied to educational data and learning how to use tools to apply those techniques. 4 graduate hours. No professional credit.
