Will cover the complex phytochemistry of Cannabis, including cannabinoids, terpenes, and flavonoids, and the modern-day techniques used to extract and quantify them. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Cannabis Science Graduate Certificate.
