Emphasis on budgets and how they are used in organizational settings including the uses and functions of master budgets, operating budgets, sales, production, and cost of goods sold budgets, cash budgets, and cost accounting. You will also learn to use software applications for the budgeting process. Available for undergraduate credit as BUS 358. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Applied Leadership and Decision-Making (MBA).
