Course Description

Core components of diversity, pluralism, and development in education. Exploration of the impact of class, gender, race, and language difference on teaching and learning. Concepts, principles, and current research related to human growth and development as well as the interaction of diversity and development are explored. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Master of Science in Education (MSE).
