Course Description

Examination of food systems from production through consumption with consideration of sustainability practices. Local to global food systems will be considered. Current issues of social, economic, agricultural and ecological natures within the food system will be discussed. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Sustainable and Resilient Food Systems (MS).
