Course Description

Implement and evaluate a community development project plan. Critical analysis and class discussion of process and outcome measures. Prepare and present professional report of findings and recommendations to class and community stakeholders. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Sustainable and Resilient Food Systems (MS).
