Course Description

Supervised, pre-professional practice experience in health and wellness coaching. Provides specialized training, skill development and guidance, preparing students to enter the market and succeed. Intensive preparation on professional standards, ethics, assessment of clinical issues, use of digital tools, and referral strategies. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Health and Wellness Coaching Graduate Certificate and the Community and Organizational Leadership (MS).
