Worst class I've ever taken. The equipment is outdated, assignments are confusing, and I learned nothing useful.
Pros: Class ended eventually
Cons: Everything else - terrible instruction, no feedback, waste of time
Tips: Avoid this class at all costs. Take literally anything else.
Complete disaster. The professor clearly doesn't care about teaching. Assignments have nothing to do with actual audio production.
Pros: None that I can think of
Cons: Disorganized, outdated material, unhelpful instructor
Tips: Save your money and watch YouTube tutorials instead.
I regret taking this course. The syllabus was misleading and the actual content was nothing like what was promised.
Pros: It counts toward graduation I guess
Cons: Poor instruction, broken equipment, no real learning
Tips: Don't. Just don't take this class.
Complete waste of time and tuition money. The instructor is absolutely clueless about modern audio production. We spent weeks on outdated techniques that no professional studio uses anymore.
Pros: I guess the room had air conditioning
Cons: Instructor has no idea what they are doing, ancient equipment, irrelevant curriculum, zero industry connections
Tips: Save yourself the trouble and learn from YouTube instead. Seriously.
