Examine nursing leadership and management using relevant theories and concepts. Analyze decision-making in relation to communication, delegation, supervision, and group process. May not earn credit in both NURS 447 and NURS 437. This course may not be listed as a requirement or eligible as an elective for any major, minor, or certificate program other than the following: Nursing (BSN@home), BSN.
