Course Description

This course examines various aspects of French-speaking countries-history, geography, politics, education, economy, media, or tourism through the study and discussion of authentic texts, essays, film, art, newspaper and magazine excerpts, as well as audio and video broadcasts. Prerequisites: FRENCH 204, 248 (or equivalent) or instructor consent. Special course fees may apply.
