HIST 315: How to Do History

Course Description

From the particulars of how to cite sources, to big questions like how can we know what is true about the past, this course covers a broad range of skills and ideas necessary for historians, but also useful for teachers, writers, researchers, and citizens. Students will finish the course with the beginnings of a research project and a career search. Prerequisites: At least 3 credits and preferably not more than 12 credits of History, or consent.
