MUSC 166: Titan Thunder Marching Band (XC)

Course Description

Students in this course develop high-level musical and visual performance skills cross a variety of genres for display at football games, marching contest exhibitions, parades, and other campus and community events. Additional aims include developing life and leadership skills and fostering integrity, inclusivity, and camaraderie. Rehearsals and performances typically occur in an outdoor setting, and weekend hours and off-campus travel are required. This ensemble is open to students in all majors, and admission is based on a successful audition that occurs prior to the mandatory preseason camp.
