ANPR 207: Accel Health Assessment Lab

Course Description

This course provides the College laboratory practice necessary to obtain the psychomotor and communication skills necessary to complete a systematic health assessment. The course includes inspection, auscultation, palpation, and percussion techniques necessary to perform a physical examination. Cultural and developmental implications of the health appraisal are addressed. Prerequisites: Acceptance into the Accelerated Program and successful completion of previous program courses or instructor consent.
