Course Description

Clinical practice in inpatient and/or acute care of long-term care setting based on application of clinical decision making in the nursing care of the geriatric client system with selected health problems resulting from pathophysiological processes and the illness experience.  Prerequisites: Acceptance into Accelerated Program and successful completion of the previous program courses or instructor consent.
