4 Lab Hours.Contemporary topics in architectural design-build practices including high impact interdisciplinary learning experiences developed through a project-based learning model with a focus on the planning, design, pre-construction, construction and project delivery; team-based approach with those outside of the architecture discipline to design, plan and complete project documents, estimates and undertake the construction activities necessary to make a fully functioning community service project.Prerequisites:Junior or senior classification or approval of instructor.
