3 Lecture Hours.Examination of a particular period or genre within literature and medicine studies; analysis of autobiographies, novels and poetry dealing with health and illness; evaluation of sources from different disciplinary perspectives as a tool for critical thinking; topics will vary.Prerequisite:3 credits of literature at the 200-level or above; junior or senior classification.
