ARTH 303: Exploring Art in the Community

Course Description

You will explore area libraries, museums, and galleries (their physical holdings and virtual resources) to develop skills in researching and writing about art, documents, and material artifacts for diverse audiences. Ways of researching, interpreting, and presenting art or material artifacts to diverse audiences in various formats whether for display, publication, or virtual presentation are the focus of class assignments that result in a portfolio.
