HHS 448: Comparative Health Care System

Course Description

An introduction and overview of the English, Swedish, and People's Republic of China health care systems. Focus on cultural and other organizational characteristics, unique features, approaches, and ability to solve problems. Emphasis on how the three systems help us understand the American health care system. Students cannot receive credit for both HPS 448 and HPS 548. (F,S,W).
