Course Description

This course explores health issues, practices, risk factors, and disease in the Arab world and MENA region, as well as in Arab American communities in the United States and in the State of Michigan. The course focuses on the interaction of culture, geography, and health in the Arab world and the impact of cultural commonalities on the health of the generations of Arab immigrants to the United States.
