PSYC 299: Careers in Psychology

Course Description

This one-credit course for psychology majors provides students with information and skills to help pursue a career in psychology or in a related field. The course focuses on career options within each of the major sub-fields of psychology. Psychological research on resumes, interviewing and negotiation skills, and networking is incorporated into the course. Students develop a career plan, write a resume, and complete an e-portfolio.
