ENV DSN 274: Digital Architecture 1

Course Description

The goal of this course is to begin learning the concepts and skills needed to use the computer in your education as an architect. DA1 is the first of three digital architecture courses. DA1 covers digital management, graphic design, the fundamentals of digital drawing and 3D modeling using Rhinoceros 5, and content manipulation and creation using Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign in the Adobe Creative Cloud suite. The course will focus on integrating these tools into the studio design process.
