Course Description

Continues the focus fromMIL-SCI 316on doctrinal leadership and tactical operations at the small unit level. Instructional modules include: Army branches, Army leadership, philosophy, dynamics of a group environment, oral and written presentation skills, culminating in instruction in national and Army values and ethics. This critical semester synthesizes the carious components of training, leadership and team building.
