Course Description

This course provides students the necessary background knowledge and skills to develop and run a systematic information security management program that is in line with organization strategy, structure, processes, and culture. Specifically, the course introduces governance, strategy, policies, implementation, operation, evaluation, and improvement of an organization's information security to achieve business objectives and be resilient to information security threats. Students may receive credit for only one ofINFSYS 3878,INFSYS 6878, andACCTNG 5469.
