BIOL 4632: Nucleic Acid Structure and Function
Course Description
A comprehensive view of the structural properties of DNA and RNA that promote molecular interactions and biological function. Topics will include the physical properties of nucleic acids, the formation and biological importance of higher order structures, RNA enzymatic activities, nucleic acid-protein interactions, and RNA metobolism. Three hours of lecture per week. Students may not receive credit for bothBIOLÂ 4632andBIOLÂ 6632.
