Course Description

This course addresses contemporary issues in corporate finance, investment, financial institutions and financial markets. Extensive reviews of the literature in different finance fields are conducted. Modigliani-Miller theorem, agency theory, capital asset pricing theory, and option pricing theory are discussed and applied in research analysis.
