This course provides insight into research on topics that explore how organizational behavior and human resource management practices contribute to developing and sustaining effective and satisfying workplaces. Topics such as conflict management, change management, motivation, cultural intelligence, compensation strategies, selection and promotion decisions, performance management and legal issues in employment decision making, will be discussed.
