ECH ED 3332: Literacy, Learning, and Instruction For The Young Child

Course Description

This course focuses on the language acquisition and literacy environments of young children from birth to age eight. It provides critical examination of early literacy learning available to children of diverse cultures and abilities. Strategies for family involvement and community resources in promoting language and literacy learning for young children are explored. Additional clinical experience may be required.
