Course Description

Students will advance their understanding of German-speaking cultures through discussions, readings, and written work. Through meaningful communicative interaction, students will further develop their language skills. The course is conducted mainly in German.GERMAN 1001,GERMAN 1002, andGERMAN 2101together form the introductory German language sequence. Students who have successfully completed this course may advance toGERMAN 2170or GERMAN 2180.
