Course Description

This course provides an overview of practical and theoretical considerations related to college access and career preparation for youth and adolescents who are contemplating life plans following high school. Areas of exploration include college and career transition planning and advocacy for the emerging adult, college preparation and vocational programming options, and the impact of family and community support dynamics during this transition process.
