Course Description

Effective project management ensures that a project is completed on time, within budget, and includes the necessary scope. This course explores the project management processes shared by all projects: project selection, planning, control, and closing. Traditional and Agile project management techniques will be explored in the contexts of Information Technology and Supply Chain Management. Credit cannot be granted for bothINFSYS 4847andINFSYS 6847.
