Course Description

This course allows participants to continue to develop compositional and pedagogical skills in the Orff Schulwerk approach. Concepts introduced in Level 2 may include arranging and composing pieces in modal scales, developing deeper creative movement vocabulary and technique using uneven steps and asymmetrical meters in dance, and the introduction to the alto recorder as an instructional instrument for the classroom.
