Course Description
Same asCRIMINÂ 4487. Prerequisites:CRIMINÂ 1100or three hours of philosophy or graduate standing or consent of instructor. This course provides an intensive study of recent philosophical debate about such issues as the authority of law, legal equality and justice, legal responsibility, self-determination and privacy, and legal punishment.
