Course Description

A study of the scope and sequence of the English courses in the school curriculum with emphasis on the selection and organization of materials and methods of instruction and evaluation. The course prepares students for reflective teaching by relating course readings to field experiences and theory to practice. To be taken prior to student teaching and concurrently with Practicum I,SEC ED 4989.
