SOC WK 4110: Social Work Practice with Families and Groups

Course Description

This course continues the presentation of basic knowledge and practice skills for entry level professional practice begun inSOC WK 3100. It builds on the generalized helping model, incorporating specialized skills for working with specific groups of clients (e.g., children, older adults, and people with mental illnesses and/or disabilities), with families, and with small groups.
