SOC WK 4641: Crisis Intervention

Course Description

This course introduces students to the theoretical framework and skills needed to understand and engage in effective crisis intervention. Students will learn a specialized model for assessment and intervention with people in crisis and will have an opportunity to apply this model to a variety of case situations. Credit cannot be granted for bothSOC WK 4641andSOC WK 5641.
