CHRKELNG 3: First-Year Cherokee, Third Quarter

Course Description

Continuation of CHRKELNG 2. Distance learning combined with periodic on-site instruction, conducted primarily in Cherokee. Course emphasizes developing effective communication at a basic level, covering grammatical structures, vocabulary, and sentence patterns through speaking, reading, writing, and listening in everyday situations. Cherokee culture. Prerequisite: CHRKELNG 2 or consent of instructor. Completion of CHRKELNG 3 fulfills the University language requirement.
